Pinky Swear Gala

5th Annual Pinky Swear Gala

Before nine-year-old Mitch Chepokas died from cancer in 2003, his dad made a pinky swear promise to continue to help children with cancer and their families. Since then, over $14 million has been raised to support families all across the U.S. We invite you to join us at the Pinky Swear Gala, celebrating the 15th anniversary of that pinky swear promise.

The 2018 Pinky Swear Gala returns to the Cities' white-hot spot: ARIA.

Located in the heart of the Warehouse District, Aria is a one-of-a-kind event space. With original brick walls, cavernous ceilings, crystal chandeliers, whimsical art work, and decadent furniture, Aria combines old world elegance with new world chic.

Complimentary valet parking will be provided. For directions and more details, click here.

The Pinky Swear Gala has numerous ways to play and win - all while supporting the mission to help kids with cancer and their families. The live auction is the highlight of the program featuring the big-ticket items, experiences and getaways of your wildest dreams.

Pay to spin the Lucky Prize Wheels, where everyone wins a prize - from gift cards for dining, to tickets to sporting events, to local experiences or boutiques.

Win a beautiful piece of jewelry by purchasing one of our Black Tie Bling boxes. Five lucky winners, announced during the evening program, will take home a fabulous piece of fine jewelry from the likes of Tiffany & Co. and Cartier.

Pull a cork and take a chance at our Wine & Spirits Experience. For $30 you're guaranteed to win a bottle of wine or spirits valued at up to $125.

Our favorite emcee and pinky swear "keeper" is back: KARE11's Eric Perkins.

Eric Perkins joined KARE 11 in November of 1996 as a sports reporter and in 2012 was named weeknight sports anchor and sports director at KARE. As a sports reporter Perkins gained much attention with "Perk at Play." Created in the winter of 1997, the hands-on segment won several awards - including an Emmy. A Los Angeles native, Eric graduated from Pepperdine University, majoring in Broadcasting. Eric is the mastermind behind Perk's Pinky Swear MessFest, a youth and family slopstacle that benefits Pinky Swear, celebrating it's fifth year in 2018. Eric and his wife Shelley call the Twin Cities home, and keep busy raising their three children.

Dance the night away with musical entertainment by Belladiva.

Back by popular demand, this Twin Cities dance band features an electrifying ensemble of accomplished singers, dancers, and musicians! Covering a wide variety of music including pop, R&B, disco, rock, country and jazz, Belladiva knows how to keep the party going to create an unforgettable experience for everyone.

Pinky Swear Gala attendees can access all of the evening's games, auctions and receipts on their mobile devices by using Bidpal. Download Bidpal for iOS or Android.
