Pinky Swear Foundation will host the 14th Annual Hy-Vee® Pinky Swear Kids Triathlon to fundraise for kids with cancer and their families in Summer 2017.
Swim. Bike. Run. to help kids with cancer. Our non-timed and non-competitive races for kids ages 6-18 of all abilities are followed by a family festival full of fun and food! Join us as an athlete, a volunteer, or corporate sponsor to support the Pinky Swear mission to help kids with cancer and their families.
All participants receive:
- Fundraising kit with All-Star trading cards
- Race t-shirt and bib
- Race bag
- Swim cap
- Finishers medal
Hy-Vee® Pinky Swear Kids Triathlon participants swim, bike and run in the spirit of a child who is battling cancer.
Everyone has the opportunity to help raise funds to support families and help Pinky Swear Foundation pay mortgages, rent, provide groceries, make car payments, and provide unique experiences that help make daily life for these families a little easier.
What is a Pinky Swear All-Star?
Kids with cancer demonstrate courage, patience and resilience every day. We call them All-Stars!
Your Pinky Swear All-Star
After registering online, participants will receive a fundraising kit in the mail with All-Star trading cards. The All-Star on the trading card included in your fundraising kit will become the inspiration for your race. One of the most meaningful parts of your day and your participation in the Hy-Vee Pinky Swear Kids Triathlon is the moment we write the name of the All-Star on the back of your leg before the race at body marking.
When you register and fundraise for Pinky Swear, you can earn prizes!
The more you raise, the higher value prize you can earn. Challenge yourself to raise at least $250 by December 31 and you will have a choice of branded Pinky Swear swag and cool gear. You can also win the very special Pinky Swear Keeper Award for recruiting the most fundraisers to your team, along with an invitation for your whole team to the celebration party.
