Healthy, acitve kids participate in a service-learning project through fundraising, philanthropy and giving back to help kids with cancer.
The Earn Back Program is designed to encourage kids to give back to their communities while staying healthy and active. Kids represent their schools and youth organizations and help it to earn money for earmarked programs, while racing for Pinky Swear All-Stars and fundraising to help families with non-medical financial assistance while they battle pediatric cancer.
How does my school or organization participate?
- Every school or youth organization with a minimum of 10 participants earns $10/participant as an educational/service grant from Pinky Swear.
- Participation can be as simple as agreeing to form a team and notifying students, youth participants and parents about the team through channels such as PTA meetings, school and organizational newsletters, teacher announcements and enclosing information in weekly folders.
- If your community has an existing run, swim, or bike club, a triathlon team is a natural extension of this effort – and the healthy habits of being active are more sustainable.
A coach, leader or team representative can complete the form to start the Earn Back process.
